The GenOn Energy Awards Program is provided for all active, eligible employees of GenOn. All users of this website agree that their access
to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the
user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
All active GenOn employees are eligible to participate, except Local 29 which continues in its current Service Award Program. No credit,
carryover, transfer or redemption of awards is available after eligibility, employment or if the program is terminated.
Change:
GenOn reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or gift certificates,
or the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by GenOn at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment:
Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the GenOn Awards Program and is assigned a user login, used to gain access to the GenOn
Awards Program web site. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password.
Redemption and Deduction of Awards:
- It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to redeem items from the GenOn Awards Program.
- Awards can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the GenOn award program site.
- Any awards not redeemed before termination of your employment from GenOn will expire.
- Awards may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog.
- You cannot transfer awards to another employee. Awards may not be substituted for cash.
Claiming a Reward:
- GenOn reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the awards program at any time and without notice.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Awards Earned: This website provides eligible participants with details of award eligibility.
Termination of Program: GenOn reserves the right to terminate the GenOn program at any time without any prior notice. If the program is suspended or terminated, you will be given a time period to redeem your reward.
Participant Program Tracking: You can track the status of your order by visiting the My Account section of the program website. Online tracking information may be available depending upon the shipper used.
Promotional Events: From time to time, GenOn, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the GenOn Service Awards Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Privacy Notice: This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of GenOn. The information collected on this website will be used by GenOn in connection with the GenOn Service Awards Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non- GenOn or non- GenOn third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
